I don’t know about you guys but ice caps from Tim Horton’s are one of my all time favourites in the heat of summer. In the spirit of saving money this is an easy way to satisfy that ice coffee craving your having at home without spending $4 at a fast food store. This recipe is easy and delicious!
- 1 cup 10% table cream
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant Maxwell house coffee or espresso
- 4 cups of ice cubes
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 can of whip cream
Add everything listed above to a blender you will need to add cold water until the consistency is right and blender blends smoothly. Blend for 2 minutes or until ice coffee is smooth. By adding more water you can make the ice coffee thinner or vise versa.
Fill cup with ice coffee and top with whip cream and grade chocolate on top. Careful these ones are seriously addictive!!
